This pool home sits on a large cul-de-sac lot in South Lakeland, with open green space behind it and a screened pool looking out on it. Double doors open to a tiled foyer under an arched window, and the main rooms run bright and open from there.

What We Shot, And Why
The lot is the headline here, so the drone did the opening argument — the backyard aerial shows the pool cage and how much green sits around the house. Inside, we worked the sight lines: the foyer, the living room that looks onto the pool, and the primary suite with its garden tub. We closed the evening with a twilight exterior, the shot that stops the scroll when Lakeland buyers are flipping through listings.
About the Area
South Lakeland is one of the most established parts of the city, with mature neighborhoods, big lots, and quick access to the Polk Parkway. Lakeland itself sits right between Tampa and Orlando on the I-4 corridor, so commuters can reach either city. Pool homes on larger lots are a staple of what buyers come to this side of town to find.
