We spent a morning at 5618 Summerland Hills Dr, a 4-bedroom, 2-bath home with 2,414 square feet on a 0.36-acre corner lot. It sits in Summerland Hills, a quiet neighborhood of established streets in south Lakeland. The house has a pool out back, a remodeled kitchen inside, and a water view, so there was a lot worth showing.

What We Shot, And Why
This one had three stories to tell — the corner lot, the pool, and the water view — and each needed its own tool. We shot the interiors bright and wide, took the drone up to show the lot and the water beyond it, and came back at dusk for a twilight exterior. Tammy also received a full walkthrough video in branded and unbranded versions, ready for the MLS and social.
About the Area
Summerland Hills is a small pocket of South Lakeland where the streets are established and the lots run bigger than most. This side of Lakeland is valued for its quick reach to the Polk Parkway, with Tampa and Orlando both within commuting range. Pool homes on oversized lots are exactly what buyers scan this side of town for.
