What We Shot, And Why
Homes like this sell on the community as much as the house, so we split the shoot between both. Inside, we kept the rooms bright and honest — the kitchen, the Florida room, and the open living space. Then the drone went up over Lakeland to show the golf course, the ponds, and how close this street sits to all of it. We also delivered an unbranded walkthrough video the agent can drop straight into the MLS.
