This pool home backs onto a golf course in Hudson, on Florida’s Gulf side. It has a screened pool, a furnished lanai made for sitting out in the evening, and a kitchen with wood cabinets and granite counters.

What We Shot, And Why
Golf-course lots are made for drone work, so we flew the property line to show the house, the pool cage, and the fairway behind them in one frame. Inside, we shot the living spaces furnished — a lived-in home photographs warmer than an empty one when it is kept this well. We stayed for twilight, because a pool home in Hudson earns its best photo after the sun goes down. The agent also received a set of vertical video carousels cut for social.
About the Area
Hudson sits on Florida’s Gulf coast in Pasco County, about 45 minutes northwest of Tampa. The area is known for its canals, beaches, and golf-course neighborhoods, with a slower pace than the city down the road. Homes that back onto a fairway, like this one, are a big part of what draws buyers here.
